- What time can guests check in?
- Check-in time is from 14.00 p.m.
- What time are guests expected to check-out?
- Check-out time is within 10.00 a.m.
- At what time does the hotel close?
- The hotel is open 24 hours in a day.
- When is the swimming pool available?
- The swimming pool can be used from the opening day to the closing day of the hotel.
- What time does the pool open and close?
- The pool opens at 08.30 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 22.00.
- Is the beach service included in the price?
- Yes, our Hotel provides one sun umbrella, two sun-beds per bedroom.
- Can guests still keep the sun umbrella after checking-out?
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, guests are expected to let the sun umbrella free after check-out time.
- Is it possible to reserve the position of the sun umbrella?
- Unfortunately not. The position of the sun umbrella depends only on the availability at the check-in!
- Are pets allowed?
- Yes, they are but only small pets and with an additional cost of Euro 3.- per day. In any case pets are not allowed in the common areas such as hall, restaurant, bar, terrace and swimming pool.

- What kind of services does the price include?
- The prices are per person and day including: service, VAT, english-breakfast, italian and international dishes, meal-choise, salat-buffet, restaurant with air-conditioning, Use of dressing-cabin at the private beach, deckchair, sunbed and sunshade, swimming-pool, whirlpool, bicycles, parking.. Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days.
- Is it possible to pay by credit card?
- We prefer cash, but we also accept VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, BANCOMAT and also cheques.
