• What time can guests check in?

Check-in time is from 14.00 p.m.

• What time are guests expected to check-out?

Check-out time is within 10.00 a.m.

• At what time does the hotel close?

The hotel is open 24 hours in a day.

• When is the swimming pool available?

The swimming pool can be used from the opening day to the closing day of the hotel.

• What time does the pool open and close?

The pool opens at 08.30 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 22.00.

• Is the beach service included in the price?

Yes, our Hotel provides one sun umbrella, two sun-beds per bedroom.

• Can guests still keep the sun umbrella after checking-out?

Unless otherwise agreed upon, guests are expected to let the sun umbrella free after check-out time.

• Is it possible to reserve the position of the sun umbrella?

Unfortunately not. The position of the sun umbrella depends only on the availability at the check-in!

• Are pets allowed?

Yes, they are but only small pets and with an additional cost of Euro 5.- per day. In any case pets are not allowed in the common areas such as hall, restaurant, bar, terrace and swimming pool.

• What kind of services does the price include?

The prices are per person and day including: service, VAT, english-breakfast, italian and international dishes, meal-choise, salat-buffet, restaurant with air-conditioning, Use of dressing-cabin at the private beach, deckchair, sunbed and sunshade, swimming-pool, whirlpool, bicycles, parking.. Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days.

• Is it possible to pay by credit card?

We prefer cash, but we also accept VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, BANCOMAT and also cheques.
